This phrase is in a report of a TAC scan. Can anyone help me with the English translation. I think it means bilateral cysts, but I don´t understand parapielico.

Just to be clear, it refers to the "renal pelvis" the urine collect system, urine collects here and is funneled into the ureter.

    "Bilateral parapyelic cysts"

    Muchas gracias por su ayuda.
It appears to me that I should enlarge the phrase to avoid abiguity with the context.
ie: Rinones de tamano normal con quistes parapielico bilaterales.

    My pleasure.

Yes, always include the complete sentence, this time was easy to get it; but in the future it would help a lot :)

    Regards.
