'Quo facto' or 'Quo viso'

    Hi,

    I'm trying to figure out how to translate:

    'Quo facto' or 'Quo viso'

    I'm not sure quite what to make of it.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Quo viso = by which [thing] having been seen ...
