    Hi!
I'm not sure how to translate "subordinazione" in this sentence:
"Trascorsi 3 mesi dal termne del rapporto di subordinazione di cui al punto B, X affida al Consulente, che accetta e si impegna ad effettuare [...]"

The sentence is from a consultancy agreement, the consultant is due to finish employment and then be contracted by this company as a consultant.
Can I say "subordination" or should I stick with simply "employment"?
    Thanks!

Hi Anja, thanks for your reply!
I had looked up that term but I still don't know whether I should use that or simply "employment". Previously in the document it says that the consultant "e' in procinto di concludere un rapporto lavorativo con una societa'". So I've understood it to mean that the consultant will cease his employment before beginning this contract. What do you think?

    Cfareddollas, I see your point.
Actually "rapporto lavorativo" or "rapporto di subordinazione" or "rapporto di lavoro subordinato" have the same meaning here, so ... if it were up to me, I think I'd say "employment relationship": could this do? :)
