    Buongiorno a tutti!

Qual è la maniera migliore per dire "recedere da un contratto" in maniera formale (ambito lavorativo)?

Sono indeciso fra "recede from a contract" e "withdraw from a contract" -

    grazie!

    Grazie!

Allora riporto la traduzione anche qua, così che per ricerche future salti subito all'occhio:

    "entitled to terminate"

    Ciao

Maybe "rescind" an employment contract. ?

    Buona sera a tutti!
Dunque direste, ad esempio, "The client will be entitled to terminate the contract at any time" nel senso di recedere dal contratto?
E nel caso di "recedere dal presente contratto" varrebbe "terminate this contract"?
    Please keep me posted!!!

I use withdraw from for recedere in contracts

    Hi all,

withdraw from is correct.Rescind is of course wrong - because it doesn't mention rescindere anywhere.Apologies.

E per tradurre "dal presente contratto" direste "withdraw from this contract"?
