Recepción de vuelos

    Hi, how can I say RECEPCIÓN DE VUELOS?
    Can I say FLIGHTS RECEPTION?

    It´s for customer service protocol in airports

    oK,you are giving me a clearer idea.

    and RECEPTION OF INCOMING FLIGHTS?

    MEETING sounds too informal for me, but I´m not an English native speaker so I accept any suggestion.

    I find it interesting that you think "meeting" is too informal. I think "reception" is too formal. Ha ha! People in the customer service business might have their own lingo/terminology and may use something like Reception of Incoming Flights. Personally, I think the average person would use Meeting Incoming Flights.

    "The customer service rep (CSR) will meet the flight at your gate," is something you would hear on an announcement aboard the plane from a crew member (for example).

    In airport jargon it's simply called arrivals. Arrival staff: ground staff who meet the passengers when they arrive and assist them.
