    Hola foreros,

The warehouse must receive provider products, verify the materials, place them in the storage area, create a receipt against invoice report in the system, and send it to the Quality Assurance Department.

    Gracias

I think the sense of the part in bold is 'prepares a goods received note/report against [to tie up with] an invoice in the system...' In other words, the two phrases are
    1. reporte de recibo
    2. contra factura

In BrE we speak of a 'goods received note' and this should tie up with the invoice received from the supplier in terms of type and number of articles received.

I'd be tempted to make a more literal translation: ' The warehouse receives products from suppliers, checks the materials, places them in the storage area, prepares a GR note that ties up with the supplier's invoice and sends it to the QA Dept.'
