please, do you know how can I translate:

    Registro de firmas

in a computer text? Is it "Signing-in Register", a "Signature Register" or anything else?

    Thank you

I don't know, is it perhaps a "signature file?" What form does it take, and where is it? In a bank perhaps?
"Sign in" means "inscribirse," so unless that is the case, that would not be appropriate. We don't really have enough context to know.

Hello, thank you for your attempt.

In this case, a "registro de firmas" is a record in a computer where somebody includes the signatures of the people coming into an office or leaving it. They must be authorized to enter the office.

    Electronic signature, perhaps?
