    Hmm, I don't have any answers but I've never heard that acronym in Spanish...

    Rhythmic heart sounds seems like it would capture the meaning. In the US, it's usually documented differently though. You'll often see an assessment which includes the phrase "Heart: RRR." RRR = regular rate and rhythm.

    The context might help us. Is this in a patient's chart or in some sort of patient education material?
