    Hola foreros,

El contexto es el de una paciente que se está sometiendo a una cateterización de una arteria cerebral depués de una hemorragia subaracnoidea:

"Con la paciente en decúbito dorsal, en sala de hemodinamia, con anestesia local en región inguinal derecha..."

Mi intento: The patient was placed in the supine position in the fluoroscopy suite/lab. After local anesthesia in the right inguinal region...

Les agradezco de antemano sus comentarios.

Thanks, fsabroso. I knew that Cath Lab was certainly used for cardiac procedures, but wasn't sure if it was the same place and name for neurological procedures.

    Thanks again.

I have been in several Salas de hemodinamia (Perú, Chile) and they are the same here, Carth Lab, a place where they do angiograms (neuro, renal or cardiac).

    Regards.

That makes sense; I suppose it wouldn't be very cost-effective to have a cath lab for each body system.
