This is a translation I received of "Scan the QR code with your cell phone." into Dutch, but I'd like some feedback if it is a good translation: "Scan de QR-code met je mobieltje."

This is supposed to be shown on a thank-you card that is sent along with a purchased electronic item. The tone should be friendly and not too formal. Thank you!

    Again, perfect.

But keep in mind that 'mobieltje' isn't used in Flanders. Maybe 'telefoon' is a better option.

I'd say 'Smartphone' is getting more popular these days, 'mobieltje' is starting to sound old fashioned (to me)

I agree with Lopes. I would suggest "Scan de QR-code met je telefoon" of "... met je smartphone".

(Btw, if you're going for perfection: "QR-code", with dash, is the correct way to spell it)
