    Good night,

I am trying to translate a sentence but I am not sure about it. Could you tell me if I am correct?

    The sentence in spanish is:

Con Solvencia II se penalizará a las compañias que tengan unos riesgos residuales mayores

    My try:

With Solvency II those companies with a higher residual risk will be penalized .

    Thanks,

Yes it's correct. Here you have another way "With Solvency II, will penalize companies that have a higher residual risks"

Sorry, after reading this again, this is better in my option: "With Solvency II, companies with higher residual risks will be penalized"
