    Hola

    Shortfalls and no Cross Drawing

Lessor shall not be obliged to pay any sum under this section 4 to the extent the amount requested would exceed the lesser of (a) the balance in the relevant Contribution Account at and as of the time the relevant check (and whether or not there are balances on any other Contribution Account), inspection or performance restoration as the context may require, was completed and (b) the balance of such Contribution Account (and whether or not there are balances on any other Contribution Account) at the time Lessor is required to make a payment to Lessee in respect of such request.

    AYUDA!!!!
    Gracias
