    Hello.
    Shunting is "Derivación".
    In electricity when need a output we make a shunt (puente o derivación) from a wire of power.
    Here, I suppose that the body make it naturally but when the body is unable then a surgery is necessary, heart shunt surgery, Cirugía de derivación (o By pass de corazón).
    Please, correct my English. Thanks.
