    si este subiera indefinidamente una de las partes no podría negociar con la otra

    La traducción es la siguiente:
    if it would up indefinitely one of the parts in settlement could not find another to trade

    Quisiera que por favor alguien me ayudara para saber si está bien traducida.

    Tienes que dar más contexto:

    "negociar" puede ser "trade" pero también puede ser "negotiate"; depende del contexto.

    I suppose that with "partes" you mean stockbroker.

    I think AmEng may use this subjunctive construction more than BrEng,
