    Hi there!

    From a blog by a cheating lover:

    " I know all about her, you dirty, sneaky, immoral, unfaithful, poorly-endowed slimeball. "

    Poorly-endowed slimeball = poco dotato.....???

    Poorly endowed = un piccolo pisello :)
    Slimeball = a ball of slime = you can translate it literally, but it generally means someone who is "slimy"
    which means "dishonest" "deceitful" "misleading" "liar".
    I'm not sure of the correct translation, but it is "medium offensive" and common.
