    It's Slovak.

Slovak and Slavic are quite different things:

Slovak: The Slavic language spoken in Slovakia (Slovakia - Eastern part of former Czechoslovakia)

Slavic: 1) Of or relating to Slavic languages
    2) A branch of the Indo-European family of languages, e.g. Russian, Ukrainian, Belarussian, Polish, Czech, Slovak, Bulgarian, Serbian, Croatian, Bosnian, Slovenian, Macedonian, etc.

Russian: С днём рождения! - S dnyom rozhdeniya!
