Does anyone knows the right way of saying "sociedad de herederos" in English?

Context: Someone dies and in his will he wants his heirs to constitute a "sociedad de herederos" during 20 years in order to keep, mantain, manage, exploit and distribut the profits.

Thank you very much in advance!

I have a feeling the word you are looking for might be trust, generally speaking.
