    Hello everybody!

Which is correct spoke with or spoke to?

    A. I spoke with Laura regarding that.
    B. I spoke to Laura regarding that.

    A. May I please speak with Laura?
    B. May I please speak to Laura?

    Thanks in advance.

They are all correct. There is a difference in the meaning though. "To speak to" may infer giving an order, while "to speak with" usually means to have a conversation. But this is not always the case.
