How would you say..."Stop the Car" ?
Arretez la voiture?
How about you're already in a car & want to yell at the driver 'Stop!'--you know, so s/he doesn't inadvertently/accidentally hit something or run a light. 'Arrête!'? Sound good?
In the example you mention, we would also say "Stop !"
It's the quickest way to convey the messsage.
Otherwise, if there's a little more time before the crash, you could also say "Arrête-toi !"
Separate names with a comma.
