    Hi,

I'm trying to translate into English a long sentence part of a legal agreement.
I have too many doubts, and maybe I should open more than one thread; but I think that breaking the sentence I'd miss the context, so... here I am:

    Original (ITA):

    My (tentative) translation:
XYZ undertakes to provide the services which are subject of this Agreement, after requests made from time to time by ACB, in the way it deems (oppure they deem?) more appropriate, in order to achieve an effective and optimal management of all of the activities it was entrusted of...

    Major doubts are in bold.

Thank you for any help/hint/remark

Direi "based on requests made..." oppure "depending on requests.." o "following requests..."
Secondo dubbio ""Deemed appropriate". Senza alcun dubbio.
    Terzo "activities entrusted to it".

    Grazie :)

    Ancora grazie,

    Laura
