How do you say
"sweet dreams my love"
(for at the end of a letter.)
Did you have a look in the dictionary?
Good night, my love
For you my love
Hello my love.
Literarily :"Fais de beaux rêves, mon amour"
But "mon amour" is stronger in French than "my love" in English, and can be used only for lovers in my opinion.
yes I did check the dictionary.
I ended up using "bonne nuit, mon chérie. Beau rêve."
Thanks for all your help.
Better be beaux rêves ...
Ah, it is. Just on my iPhone. It doesn't like to finish my words. Anyways, thanks.
Beware of iPhones then.
One more thing, for the sake of clarity :
mon chéri (no e), ma chérie (e, because feminine).
Separate names with a comma.
