In English we use the phrase taking for granted very often.

How it would be in Japanese?

How will we say the following sentence:

"When you give people a special place in your life, they start taking you for granted."

Unfortunately, veer, you have provided too little information about your sentence for a reasonable translation to be possible. Would you provide some context and background information (Rules #3)?

By the way, welcome to the forums!
