    Hi,

Does this sentence sound natural to natives:

"I appreciate the customer service and I would to take up on your offer for a gift card as a compensation"

also is it possible to say "I would like to take your offer for a gift card"

    Thanks

    Hello Tomer. :)

I use the phrase like this:
I would like to take you up on your offer of a gift card.
However, I am not certain that this is what everyone else does.

(We would say "offer of something" rather than "offer for something.")

Another vote for this from another AE speaker.
