Tame the Bulge

    I am trying to translate an article of:
    Top 10 Most Common New Year's Resolutions and I do not understand this one:
    "Tame the Bulge"
    since it is about losing weight I would probably say:
    Domina el sobrepeso o
    Calma la lonja
    Ustedes que opinan
    Gracias de antemano

    Tame es como domar.

    Bulge refiere a una panza/un estomago grande.

    Entonces la frase esta hablando de hacer mas delgado por el estomago.

    Como bulge es una manera casi jocosa de decirlo, acaso te valdrá algo por el estilo de reducir la barriguita, o sacar los michelines.
