En voici une description. Alors, peut-être, "provision pour impôts" ?

It isn't a provision for taxes but the aggregate of tax actually paid by the UK trustee of a discretionary or A & M trust on income received (or deducted at source) less the aggregate of tax credits applicable to income allocations from the trust. If the question was about this particular "tax pool", a direct translation wouldn't seem possible unless something similar existed in France, which I doubt. The term occurs in various contexts in Canadian income taxation with quite different meaning. It's common sense that taxation is country-specific, and vlizotte should have provided this information.

Well, sorry for forgetting the country and your explanation is not very helpful, since it is in Canada.

No, vlizotte, bloomiegirl's explanation and my paraphrase refer to tax law in the United Kingdom.
