    Gracias,

Te mando muchos besos y mucho amor y ahora a dormir mi angelita, tengo que
    cuidar a Carla y Fernando y Alfredo.
Yo voy a rezar mucho ahorita para cuidar a Tia Laura. OK?

I send you many kisses and much love and now to sleep, my little angel. I need to take care of Carla and Fernando and Alfredo.
I'm going to pray a lot right now for Aunt Laura's care. Ok?
God and the Virgin Mary care for you also and with much love.

I think I've got it right. Corrections, anyone?

I send you many kisses and a lot of love and now to sleep, my little angel, I have to take care of Carla and Fernando and Alfredo. I’m going to pray a lot for (the care of ) Aunt Laura. Ok? May God and my Virgin (Mary) also take care of you and with a lot of love.

This is literal… if you want regular old English, I’d say:

I’m sending you many kisses and a lot of love. Go to sleep, my angel. I have to take care of C and F and A. I’m going to pray that God takes care of Aunt Laura, ok? May God and the Blessed Virgin Mary keep you/take care of you. Much love.

Not completely sure of all this, though! Wait for some native Spanish speakers though (the text was a little choppy, so I may not have understood correctly! :) )

I'm going to hear the music and the voice (sound) of you all singing. Yes, all together fighting to (striving to) take care of Aunt Laura.
