    I have this Eduardo Galeano's poem:

    No consigo dormir. Tengo una mujer atravesada entre los párpados. Si pudiera, le diría que se vaya; pero tengo una mujer atravesada en la garganta.

    And i've translated it:

    "I can't sleep. I have a woman stuck in my eyelids. If I could, i would say her to go away; but i have a woman stuck on my throat"

    it's ok? i'm not sure...

    Quizas un poco mas fluido, con opciones:
    I can't get to sleep; I have a woman stuck in my eyelids. If I could / were able, I would tell her to go away / I would say "Go away;" but I have a woman stuck in my throat."
