    Hi everyone!

    Here's a french sentence which second part I just can't translate properly! Could someone please help me?

    Quelques acheteurs internationaux ont répondu présent,
    mais la grande majorité des visiteurs étaient japonais.

    A few international visitors had made the trip,
    but the attendance was mostly of Japanese buyers.

    Here is what I would say:

    There were a few buyers from different countries around the world/globe but the vast majority of visitors were from Japan.

    or

    Although the vast majority of visitors came/were from Japan, there were also a few buyers from different countries around the world/globe.
