I would like to ask which one is correct version:

following question, a following question or the following question?

If all of them are correct, could you give a few examples, how they can be used properly please?

Hi, Mcrayven - welcome to the forum! You need to put the phrase you're having problems with in a sentence. Both "a following question" and "the following question" are at least possible, but we need more context to help you.
