Bueno entiendo que " they asked for that salad first, so it´s their", puede parecer "ellos pidieron primero esa ensalada, asi que es la suya(de ellos)",pero me comentaron que ni significa eso,y que esa frase tiene errores, entonces la verdad me he perdido, porque igual no entiendo ni el significado ni como expresarlo.
    gracias de antemano

"They asked for that salad first, so it´s their" :cross:

    It's mine
    It's yours
    It's his/hers/its
    It's ours
    It's yours
    It's theirs

"They asked for that salad first, so it´s theirs" :tick:

No sería "their" sino "theirs." "Their" solamente se usa antes de un sustantivo:

    It's their house.
    That house is theirs.
