    I was wondering if my translation for the following sentence was correct, or if there was another better way to say it, thanks!

    this was the first wedding to which I have ever been
    questo è stato il primo matrimonio a cui io sia mai stato

    Jade, the English sentence is incorrect, if you'll pardon my saying so.;) It should read either :

    This was the first wedding to which I had ever been
    or:
    This is the first wedding to which I have ever been

    Which do you mean., please?
