Does anyone know the correct way of saying thyroid peroxidase in Spanish? Is it peroxidasa de tiroides o peroxidasa toroidea, o peroxidasa del tiroides.

In English, as best I can tell, "thyroid peroxidase" and "iodide peroxidase" refer to the same thing. That may be why Wiki lists "yoduro peroxidasa". However, at least in English, the "iodide peroxidase" does not seem very common in medical contexts.
