I want to say in Arabic "X is able to make the Y be/do something."

    Is the word-order:

    1. "Is able X to make the Y, &c."
    2. "Is able X the Y to make, &c."
    3. Something else.

    Arabic (Hijazi Arabic)
    يقدر\يستطيع س أن يجعل ص يفعل شيئا
So it's the 1st word order.

Just a note, "make someone do something" might be expressed with the causative form of the verb. All depends on the context.
