to make an undertaking

    "XX is not authorised to make any undertaking in the name or on behalf of YY."

    Como se traduce al español:

    "XX no está autorizado a realizar empresas en nombre o en representación de YY."
    o: "establecer un compromiso"

    ¿tal vez "realizar cualquier asunto"? I think "empresas" means businesses or companies, "undertaking" could mean any action at all
