How would you transliterate the name "Smith" into Hebrew?
Would it be סְמִית ?
Yes. Here, for example, is the Hebrew Wikipedia page for the 18th-century economist Adam Smith.
As a calque you could say נפח, but since it is a name, stick with a transliteration. Besides, that's what you asked for.
נפח is rare as a name. Also the alternative חרש. Another alternative, צורף, is more common. It means goldsmith, silversmith, and alike.
Separate names with a comma.
