what does it mean when someone says that "elle a l'air trop mimi"
she looks so/too cute!
Le féminin "mignonne" paraîtra sans doute mieux au Texas...
Please notice that everyday French "t'es trop/très mimi" is also likely to be a gentle appreciation concerning the character. So that it corresponds to "that's very kind/sweet of you"
Note also that "mimi" is quite a girly word (no offence meant, just a usage fact)
What a sweet little darling, she looks! or Doesn't she look sweet!
