I am doing a presentation imitating Ebert and Roeper and was wondering what the best way is to say a literal thumbs up. Deux pouces haut?? I always confuse words for up. Merci!

In Ebert & Roeper's case, as it's sometimes done for (movie) critics in French, one could use 'coup de coeur' for something you have a favorable opinion of, which gives you a good impression. Thus, how about 'double coup de coeur' ?
