Undersurface fraying of the superior posterior labrum

    This is another sentence that I am having trouble with. Here is the whole thing:

    There was undersurface fraying of the superior posterior labrum.

    Here is my attempt at it: Había deshilachamiento de la cara inferior del borde posterior superior.

    Any help with this would be appreciated because I have looked everywhere for these terms and just took this stab at it. Thank you in advance!

    Hola. Yo diría: "Había un desflecado por debajo de la superficie del labrum posterior superior".
