    Bonjour Aleksandra,

Would you please note that we ask our members to ask one question per thread only, and to mention the words topic of the question in the title. This avoids creating confusion in replies, and facilitates further searches by other members.

I have split your thread according to these rules. :)

If you're not trying to create a glossary of your own, perhaps you will give us the entire sentence?

I would suggest : "A disposition in the contract (that was) rendered nugatory"
    Hope it helps!

I would say "A disposition avoid in the contract"...
    Could it be correct ?

    Taken from mediadico...

Frapper de nullité : to render void.

Suggestion : "A stipulation of the contract held null and void."
