Aware of just one word. But which word?
Maybe we need the help on an expert in cryptography.
    The number DXXVIII is 528

    What exactly is your question?

Is about the cryptography (which is outside the scope of the Latin forum), or about the Latin phrase?

I dont know the answer, but a word open the criptex. For sure is a latin word. I dont know latin so maybe someone can help me to find that word...

I dont think the latin number is relevant: DXXVIII is the number of the emblem, in the book of Jacobus Boschius (1702).
