What does “uovo di giornata” mean?
    (a) egg of the day (like “soupe du jour”, except it’s an egg instead of soup)?
    (b) daily egg (for someone who has an egg for breakfast everyday)?
    (c) something else?

    Thanks!

It means a fresh egg, laid today.
