valores patrimoniales que lo distinguen

    Mi duda es cuál de los dos términos es más apropiado, heritage or patrimonial. Además me gustaría otras variantes de traducción para: "lo distinguen".

    (edificio) tiene muchos valores patrimoniales que lo distinguen entre otros inmuebles.

    My attempt
    (it) has many (heritage or patrimonial) values which make it different among other buildings.

    lo distinguen...which make it stand out from

    I think patrimonial values sounds better to me, if you were going to use heritage, it would be hereditary which I don't think collocates well with a building.
