    Hi,

I've read up on the word 'patrimonio' but I'm not convinced I've got the sense of it entirely.
Could it be 'benefit' in this context? Or 'advantages'?
This is from document for a board of directors:

    Mine:
Directors may not make use of company assets nor make use of their position in the company to obtain benefits unless adequate consideration has been satisfied.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

I don't know if this helps but it comes up again in the next paragraph:

    Saludos,

    Hi Pirana Utria,

    thanks again!
I think you're right, I'll use economic benefits, why did you include "measurable" though? Is it an important part of the word "patrimonial"?

Another thought: what about "material advantage"? Or "economic advantage"?

Directors may not use company assets nor their position in the company to their economic advantage unless adequate consideration has been satisfied.

    Hi, buddy.

Sorry, not at all. In fact, it could be redundant to use "measurable" (because if it is "patrimonial/financiero", it must be "medible" in any way).

Your other options sound both fine to me either.

    Cheers,
