Hi, this is for a course description one of the objectives is to:

"Lograr que el grupo de colaboradores identifique su rol fundamental en la construcción de la visión y misión organizacional, la cual requiere del trabajo conjunto."

    My translation is:

"To drive the group of participants to identifying its fundamental role in developing the organization's mission and vision, which requires group work."

I am not to fond of "organization's mission and vision." Is this used when sepaking about a company's profile?

    Thanks for your suggestions.

    Hola flipphelp.

    How about:
"To drive the group of participants to identify its fundamental role in developing the vision and mission of the organization, which requires working together."

No es muy diferente, pero tal vez se fluye mejor.

Thank you both, I'm borrowing from both of your suggestions. So, mission and vission are fine.

Vision goes with one "s" only.
