Vorrei tradurre il dialogo, ci provo:"As you're gonna have to lie down on your belly, you'd better take off the belt, that big buckle could be annoying".

Va bene come traduzione? Ci sono altri modi?

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Wiren - yours is not wrong, but I've made a few corrections to make it flow more naturally:
Since you're going to have to lie (down) on your stomach, you'd better take off the belt. That big buckle could hurt you/could cause a problem/could bother you.

Ma è più comune dire "lie down on your stomach" o "lie down on your belly"? :)

Yes, "stomach" is the word I would expect a doctor or a masseur/masseuse to use. "belly" is a word children use, or parents when talking to children.

And, "a pancia in giù" = on one's stomach anyway :)

You can also say "lie face down".

    Fibbra, wiren? Intendevi fibbia, forse?;)

I agree with both Joan's and Einstein's suggestions, although I must say Einstein's is the one that would come to me more naturally.;)

Ahah certo, intendevo fibbia.
