    I'm wondering if we must said "we too" or "us too", when you reply to an e-mail?

    Ex:
    "We have done these changes" --> "We too" / "Us too"

    Could you please give my your through?

    or
    "So have we"
    or
    "Us too" (informal)

    Nobody would say or write "We, too."

    I wouldn't use either of these. I agree with CapnPrep re: So have we.
    One other point. One does not "do" changes, one makes them.

    I think you could say "we, too (have made changes to X)". I think if you add in the last part, it wouldn't sound funny.

    reponse
    "(and) we have also / as well

    yes UK english would never say "we too" and leave it like that .even in "e mail speak"
    it would have to be , "we, too, have made the changes"
