    Hi,

I'm new here. But i've got a question.. I will set a new tattoo. But the problem is, I don't know the right translation. So I thought maybe can help someone here..

The text is: What I feel for you is hard to explain

    Thanks!

I'd suggest a quote from one of the greatest Latin poets, Catullus:

    nescio sed fieri sentio

"I don't know why, but I feel it happening"

from his most famous poem, Odi et amo.

    salue!

asanga's suggestion (# 2) was really rather good, with the merit both of epigrammatic brevity and classical pedigree.

But if kampioen wants something more literal, here it is:

quo modo te habeam, vix explicari licet.

    potest
could be substituted for licet, but it feels still clumsy.

I remain unsure what kampioen is looking for.
