    Propuesta de traducción:

    "un honorario de éxito para las actividades prestadas por XX por cada contrato concluido con éxito por YY con el cliente y __________________________________
    antes de la fecha de rescisión de este nombramiento".

    'Vigencia' es la palabra que buscas para nombrar fuerzo legal.

    Concuerdo parcialmente con Anwar. En este contexto, creo que se diría una cuota de exito ... se ha hallado vigente antes de la fecha ....
