why just now

    Alison want to go in a shop, Marta says: Why just now?( that is, can't we go there anther day?) Is "why just now" correct?

    Scronyjamison is correct: drop the "just"
    "why just now" would imply the request to go into the shop at this particular moment was unexpected or peculiar.

    Here are three sentences with just now.
    Did you just now think of that?
    I just now figured out how to do it!
    He just now finished the job.

    Just now means right now, at this very moment.

    I see nothing wrong with why just now? and would leave it as it is.

    Both Why just now? and Why now? see fine to me:).
