How do I write "with reference to" in German?
You can use, for instance, "bezüglich" + Genitiv.
Bezüglich seiner Frau...
(With reference to his wife...)
Another way is "was (akk.) betrifft":
Was seine Frau betrifft, ...
And also "betreffend" (+Akkusativ) and "betreffs" (+Genitiv).
There are other ways too. But which expression to use depends on the context. Can you give us a context?
